Chynna and Tom from Northumberland volunteered with Groundwork's 'Blooming Well' project that helps people with dementia.
"I was just one of those kids that was always getting into trouble. I didn't have a plan. But as soon as I started volunteering I realised - I can help people."
Issues at home meant Meryem was distracted at school and predicted to not reach her potential in her GCSEs. Our Achievement Coaches helped her to succeed.
"Thanks to the Green Doctors I don't have to worry now." Our Green Doctors are tackling fuel poverty with greener lifestyles and support to help people take control.
After coming out of care and being unemployed Antony felt like he had nothing and nobody. His apprenticeship on our Green Team helped him turn his life around.
Irene transformed derelict land near her flat into a much needed green oasis to bring her neighbours together and improve heath and wellbeing where she lives.
