Starting salary: £31,049

(Based in Birmingham, remote working considered)

We are seeking to add to the bidding and development capacity of our national team, to help us deliver greater benefit to communities across the UK.

As part of a small multi-disciplinary team, you will identify and respond to income generation opportunities that help us deliver our ambitious strategy to change places and change lives. An experienced and skilled bid writer, you will have a demonstrable track record in securing major grants and contracts in the areas of skills, employability, youth or community development.

We are seeking an individual who can quickly understand the breadth of our activity, can work with minimal supervision, and who is able to manage multiple work streams in a competitive, pressured but hugely rewarding environment.
